Let every crimson drop take me past

The wind,

Cold and biting from Alaskan sphere

Large ships, Norwegian Cruiseliner

Daunting Edgewater

It is sunny today in Seattle,

Melody rings far in the air

The fish market is closing

As uphill walks a love-pair

Left Bank Books smells of old paper

And coffee from Starbucks corner

A tune long forgotten

A man of the sixties, in his guitar

I am in debt to Mount Rainier

For that far afar view

Tulips pasted on pavements

Seattle is forever new.
